Requirements for a Return
• You call customer service within 7 DAYS of delivery.
• Ensure the item to be returned is still in GREAT condition
• All tags, seals and accessories for the product should be intact
• All types of health Equipment must carry all components including manuals, warranty cards(if available)
• Lancets and Strips must be complete and remain in their packaging boxes
12 MONTH WARRANTY EXCHANGES AND FIXES
• Customer must have a verified purchase receipt or invoice.
• A call should be put through to our customer care line (09127749252) or an e-mail be sent to [email protected] to arrange a retrieval.
• For Abuja; you can drop-off items at our office: Suite A5, Halima Plaza Plot 1469 Gembu Crescent, Garki,, Area 11, Abuja.
• Upon receipt of this item(s), we will conduct a proper quality check to confirm validity of the return.
• If Valid, a process to replace or repair the item will commence where applicable.
• If you choose the option of Cash Refund, your issue will be escalated to top management for deliberation.
• If Invalid, we shall send the item back to you. Please allow 5 business days to receive for Abuja Orders, and 7 – 14 business days for orders outside Lagos.
